WARRANTY INFORMATION

Copilot extends a warranty to the original purchaser of its product as provided below, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law. The term of the warranty begins on the date of original purchase. If the product is found to be covered under the applicable warranty provisions below, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product free of charge. If your product is not currently available (i.e. discontinued), Copilot may replace it with a comparable product from the current product line, at its sole discretion. This constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy, and Copilot’s sole and exclusive liability, for breach of this warranty.

Copilot reserves the right to request the return of any product submitted for warranty consideration. Canadian customers should contact our Canadian distributor, Outdoor Gear Canada at 800-363-0693. International customers should contact a local dealer or regional distributor for warranty service.

The warranty does not cover, and we will not have any liability to you for, and hereby disclaim, any and all incidental or consequential damages caused by, or arising from or relating to, the product or its use. This warranty is in lieu of all other agreements and warranties, general or specific, expressed or implied; no representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of Copilot in connection with the sale or use of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights depending on where you live, which vary from state to state and jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

This warranty does not apply to damage due to heat, physical damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper fit, improper installation, improper care, accidents, failure to follow directions, alterations, misuse or use unintended by the manufacturer. Nor does it cover minor cosmetic damages due to normal “wear and tear” of the product.

We make no other warranty regarding the products, and we disclaim all other warranties, express, statutory or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or arising from course of dealing or trade usage. Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or implied warranties, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

WARRANTY PERIOD

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD FOR COPILOT TRAILERS AND CHILD SEATS
Copilot trailers and child seats are warranted for a period of 1-year. Copilot warrants these products to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
